Le Cammissar sur Ribeauville

We ate at Cammissar restaurant and it was an incredible experience. The dishes were magnificent, with a variety of flavors and textures. The service was top-notch! The waitress was very friendly. I highly recommend it!

A magnificent discovery in Ribeauvillé! We chose the Auguste menu with the wine pairing (3 glasses), an excellent choice. The pairings were remarkably well thought out, each wine perfectly complementing the dish it accompanied. Chef Thomas Eblin offers inventive, refined, and deeply sensitive cuisine. From the first course, the flavors are captivating and then gradually find their balance, immediately making you want to discover the rest of the menu. Throughout the meal, we enjoyed a truly exceptional experience, both in terms of taste and wine. The service, provided with elegance, professionalism, and great kindness by the hostess, is in perfect harmony with the cuisine. Her attentive, discreet, and warm presence greatly enhances the pleasure of the meal. Finally, we were charmed by the magnificent inner courtyard, shaded by superb mulberry trees. A haven of coolness and serenity that further elevates the experience. A huge congratulations to Thomas Eblin and his entire team for this gastronomic interlude. A place where the cuisine, wines, service, and ambiance all come together with rare harmony. We will return with great pleasure!

What a wonderful discovery! Quality is evident at every level in this establishment nestled in the heart of Ribeauvillé: discreet and efficient service, charming decor, refined presentation of the dishes, and exquisite flavors. The wine pairing is a must-try; we visited the supplier's cellar the very next day. Congratulations to Chef Thomas Eblin; his restaurant provided us with a superb evening.

This restaurant offers a magnificent experience of gourmet food prepared with care and love. Each dish has layers of flavors and taste. It is one of the best restaurants where I have eaten.

We are so grateful for last night at Le Cammissar. Our second visit since last year, and the cooking and service here are simply Michelin-star quality. Thank goodness we booked back in February, as there's no table available on Saturdays without a reservation. We so wish we had the current four-course menu for €80 back in Germany! The wine list offers regional as well as Burgundian specialties. If you can't find something to your liking there, there's no helping you. The value for money is fantastic. The service was very attentive and friendly. We look forward to seeing you again soon :-)

This is simply a gem; I so wish I could have given it 10 stars. As you can tell, I highly recommend this restaurant. By sheer luck, we were the only two customers there during lunch service. The owners (I assume) gave us a warm welcome, and the lunch menu was delicate and refined. The photos speak for themselves.

Ribeauvillé can only be proud of its restaurant, "Le Cammissar" (named after an Alsatian painter), which stands out from all the others thanks to the quality of its building, its welcome, its dining room, its cuisine, and, finally, the best value for money on its lunch menu! This young couple deserves praise: he for his refined and inventive cuisine, she for her kindness, the quality of her welcome, and her service. In short, together, they are close to perfection, to the point that we returned twice during our stay in Alsace! We will be loyal customers again next year... It's true what they say: "To noble souls, worth is not measured by the number of years"!

We were here in February... an absolute hidden gem. Divine food, great atmosphere, and super friendly service. We can't wait to come back.
