Le Canard Sur Le Toit sur Colomiers

We stayed at the hotel for two days (overnight stay, meals, and a seminar) for a seminar. The hotel and rooms are clean and in good condition. The beds are large and comfortable. The location is quiet, and we slept very well. The food was excellent. The ingredients were fresh (the set menu, including starter, main course, and dessert, was created daily using the freshest produce available). The dishes were simple (we had to prepare over 60 menus in 1 hour and 30 minutes) but very tasty, well-cooked, and served quickly. The menu was provided in advance so that anyone with intolerances, allergies, or any other dietary needs could request a personalized adjustment. Thank you for your cheerfulness and responsiveness. The seminar room (a large wedding hall) was spacious enough and equipped with everything we needed for our seminar: a projector, microphone, lectern, coffee maker, restrooms, heating, etc. And finally, the staff was wonderful, from the sales team to the receptionists, including the housekeeping and catering staff. Everything was done to ensure that everything ran smoothly. The participants left delighted with the seminar conditions, and we were relieved not to have had any logistical issues to deal with in addition to running the seminar itself. A big thank you to the entire team.

We were at the restaurant for the first time, and the staff were so welcoming. Papouille was the chef... We had a great time; it's the first time in ages that I've been to a restaurant like this! We ate well and had a good laugh. I really enjoyed it. See you soon, we'll be back.

Excellent hotel, but the restaurant food was sometimes good, other times disappointing.

The hotel and room were very clean, modern, and very well-equipped. The staff were friendly and pleasant. Breakfast offered quality products to suit all tastes. My stay was for business, and I would gladly return on my next visit. I highly recommend it!
