I stayed for about ten days for a business trip and everything was excellent: the rooms smelled new, the cleanliness was impeccable, and the breakfast was excellent. But above all, the hotel staff were very professional, friendly, and attentive, contributing to an excellent stay.

The hotel and restaurant were very welcoming and friendly. The room was simple yet comfortable. The breakfast was delicious with a wide selection of sweet and savory options. The cassoulet for dinner was excellent. I highly recommend this establishment.

Restaurant review only. We went on a Friday evening. We received a very warm welcome. We ordered a set menu, and it was both delicious and generous. The various dishes were well-prepared and beautifully presented. The waiter even offered us a complimentary glass of wine. Frankly, it was a very pleasant experience, and we had a lovely evening.

Review of the restaurant: We had a very good meal. It was our first time at this restaurant. The food was delicious, not too crowded, and the welcome was simple, pleasant, and warm. The separate seating areas are nice and help reduce the noise level when it's busy. We chose the €36 set menu and didn't leave a single bite! We will gladly return! Thank you.

Review of the restaurant only. The menu itself seems interesting at first glance. However, the execution falls short. For example, the all-duck "salad" deserved a few more lettuce leaves instead of the two on the plate. The duck hearts weren't seasoned. The dish as a whole lacked a certain personality. It's a shame because it would be easy to do better! The salmon dish with gnocchi could also have been interesting but lacked seasoning, something extra. It was also slightly overcooked (it should have been cooked on one side only). The poached pear for dessert was similar. I would have preferred it poached in wine to give it some flavor. It was swimming in chocolate; the amount of chocolate could easily have been halved. A few dried almonds or something similar would have been a welcome addition. As for the service, the lack of experience is quite evident, but that's something that can be learned, and it's not a big deal. But a little smile could have made up for it. And the self-service coffee, served in cardboard cups, is a bit odd... In short, a good foundation, but it doesn't live up to expectations for the price. It doesn't make you want to come back. A shame, because it seems easy to fix!
