The atmosphere is quintessentially Saint-Tropez: chic, intimate, and authentic. The cuisine… flawless. A great dining experience! The quality of service and food was simply excellent!

Very good food and service and a friendly atmosphere. One downside, however, is that not all dishes are served at the same time, especially between dishes and pizzas, which is a big gap. When the pizzas (which were very good, by the way) arrived, the other guests had almost finished their dishes. Very good service, however.

Le Canastel is an exceptional experience, the welcome, the cuisine, the team is dynamic and professional!!! The food is delicious... the eggplant Parmigiana and the CACIO E PEPE pasta. I recommend this restaurant with my eyes closed.
