I came several times this summer and, for me, it's a pretty safe bet. Only once did I find the quality of the food to be slightly down, but that remains an exception considering the very high standard I've observed on all my other visits. Admittedly, the prices are high, but the quality is there: the ingredients are carefully selected, the dishes are beautifully presented, and the overall experience is good. I don't understand this flood of, in my humble opinion, overly harsh comments. The service is good and the staff is truly exceptional. The setting is magnificent and fully contributes to the charm of the place. You can feel the certain prestige, and that inevitably comes at a price... You can't fault a quality establishment for living up to its positioning. In short, a solid choice.
