The food is absolutely delicious, well prepared, and above all the products are ultra fresh, you will find all kinds of local specialties there.
The service is friendly and very accommodating.
Large selection of drinks and appetizers as well.
I highly recommend if you want to eat homemade and local.
Reservations recommended, also open in the evening.

Located in the heart of the village of Saint cirq Lapopie, near the house of the master of impressionism, the Cantou presents original and careful cuisine. Excellent value for money. Around €30/person. The shaded terrace is very pleasant.

The food and service are good and the atmosphere is exceptional, particularly on the terraces where it feels like the Middle Ages, although the cuisine is much more contemporary. This time we were disappointed with the gravlax salmon, but to err is human and the other dishes were excellent! I recommend!

Good food for a good price, but the service has a lot to desire. It was very slow, with waiters running up and down somehow with little coordination.
We asked for the bread 4 times before it was delivered, and yet we received it when the starters were finished.
Prior to paying the bill, I had to wait for 8/10 minutes, even if the dining service (2 hours after) was completed.

Tres belle surprise
Restaurant qui ne paie pas de mine mais qui sert des plats savoureux, bien travaillés et avec des produits de premier choix.
Attention car intérieur bruyant si il y a du monde et terrasse un peu fraiche le soir
