Great place to party and drink with friends. The music is great, the food is not bad, the waiters are good at their job, a guy came up to us to perform impressive magic tricks like turning a cloth into a wine glass. We did wait 10-14 minutes at the entrance for a waiter but it was understandable for such a busy place. Also I’d suggest wearing ear plugs if you don’t want your hearing to be muffled for a few hours 😅

Cap Horn (Courchevel)
Cap Horn is one of those spots you don’t just go to eat, you go for the whole scene. Right next to the altiport, it’s a big, lively place with a great atmosphere, perfect for a long lunch that turns into pre-ski drinks. Music is always on, the service is constant and very attentive, and there’s a clear push to keep things flowing.
The menu is broad and easy to navigate. We kept it simple given the prices, which are definitely on the higher side, and went for sushi and pizza to share. Everything was solid, no complaints, but the real value here isn’t the food itself, it’s the overall experience.
Drinks are expensive, as expected in Courchevel, but the energy makes up for it. After lunch, the DJ starts turning things up and the whole place shifts into party mode.
Not a quiet lunch spot, but if you’re in the mood for a fun, social, high-energy afternoon, it’s hard to beat.

Le Cap Horn in Courchevel is undoubtedly one of those restaurants that deserves a spot on the list for anyone seeking a memorable dining experience in the region. Unfortunately, when we visited, it was snowing heavily, which limited part of the experience—especially in terms of the view and fully enjoying the setting. Even so, this did not take away from the overall quality of the place.
The restaurant truly stands out for the quality of its food. The dishes are very well executed, made with fresh ingredients, and reflect a great balance of flavor, technique, and presentation. It’s the kind of cuisine that impresses both in taste and in attention to detail. The drinks are also at a very high level, with excellent options that perfectly complement the experience and enhance the overall moment.
The service was very good throughout. The staff is attentive, polite, and efficient, always present without being intrusive, which makes the experience even more enjoyable and seamless.
It’s worth noting that this is not a cheap restaurant. Courchevel itself is a naturally sophisticated destination, and Le Cap Horn follows that standard. However, if you are willing to spend, the experience is absolutely worth it. It’s one of those places where you truly feel you are paying for something special.
Even with the challenging weather on the day of our visit, it was clear that Le Cap Horn delivers a high-level experience, combining great food, excellent drinks, and a unique atmosphere.
Without a doubt, alongside Bagatelle, Le Cap Horn is a must-visit for anyone coming to Courchevel. Two places that, each in their own way, offer unique and memorable experiences.

Good place to apres-ski. Music was good, food is delicious and the crowd is happening. Service is rather slow when the place gets crowded.

An address I wholeheartedly recommend. Le Cap Horn is exactly what you're looking for when you're in Courchevel: delicious cuisine, attentive service, and an atmosphere that makes you want to linger.
As for the food, we were in heaven. The black cod miso is a must-try, meltingly tender and perfectly glazed. The seafood platter is generous and fresh, and the king lobsters are simply divine. The ceviches are absolutely incredible, truly among the best you can find in the mountains. The Mongolian noodles are comforting and expertly prepared, and the sardines are a delightful surprise. The crudités are fresh and beautifully presented, ideal for starting your meal.
The setting is magnificent, warm and elegant at the same time, perfectly capturing the mountain spirit. And the service is impeccable, attentive without being intrusive.
A meal that leaves you with a smile. A must-try if you're in Courchevel.

A fun piste side Apres spot right by the main run back into 1850 👌🏼 we only did drinks, and arrived about 2:30 for the kick off of the ‘party’ and when the DJ gets going. It’s not as lively as Follie, is more focused on the table service and there is little standing / bar space. This isn’t a spot for dancing on the tables and letting loose, but it’s still fun, with some entertainment and activations running, but no shows like Follie. Think of Cap Horn as Follies, cooler, more relaxed, older sister for the Courchevel crowds
