An evening with family and friends at La Petite Bergerie. Nothing to complain about: everything was perfect.

Food alright, I had the burger and it was dry and under seasoned. I wouldn’t say don’t go as it is okay for what it is but it is average.

🇬🇧 Honestly, the food was exquisite. We were a small group of four, so we all ordered different dishes and shared a bit, and I can say that from the velouté to the dessert, everything was delicious. The staff was attentive and very professional, and the setting is perfectly suited to a cozy mountain style; the fireplace and the overall decor really add to the atmosphere. A truly wonderful culinary discovery featuring homemade products. The welcome was excellent and the service impeccable from start to finish. Special mention goes to the desserts; the French toast and crème brûlée were pure bliss! The hot box was also very tasty, confirming the quality of the ingredients. The only drawbacks preventing a perfect experience were a 20-minute wait at the bar despite our reservation, and a slightly noisy dining room with a table full of English tourists. Generally, when a restaurant is running late and customers are kept waiting at the bar, it's customary to offer them a drink while they wait. Finally, while the taste was certainly there, the portions of the hot box could be more generous (cheese, potatoes, and charcuterie) to be more in line with Savoyard tradition. This is a place where you can eat very well, and I highly recommend it for the quality of its cuisine.

Warning: Spoiler alert! There won't be enough veal chops for everyone. And yet, the quality of the meat and the perfect cooking in the large fireplace are extraordinary. The chef has mastered the technique, whether it's white or red meat. The cozy atmosphere and the warm welcome from the team make it well worth a visit. The only downside is that it's not easy to find on this little street in Courchevel Le Praz… But on reflection, that's a good thing: we'll be back, hoping there's still some space.
