Unplanned stop on Sunday the 31st, market day, the terrace was packed for drinks, but there was absolutely no wait! We also ate, it was very good, the service was top-notch, really, two waitresses for the terrace and the restaurant... fantastic... To the owners... keep your employees, you'll never find better... it's a pleasure to see staff who love their jobs... THANK YOU

Hello, We recently visited the town of Saint-Paul-Trois-Châteaux, and the first bar-restaurant that caught our eye was Le Caprice. Upon arrival, we noticed that the establishment was already quite full. Despite this, we were pleasantly surprised by the kindness, professionalism, and efficiency of our waitress, Ms. Jenifer. Her welcome was exemplary, always with a smile and genuine attention to her customers. She served us quickly and efficiently, despite the restaurant's popularity. I would also like to highlight something that particularly struck us. We unfortunately observed the rather cold and unpleasant way in which this young woman was sometimes treated by the person who seemed to be managing the bar. Given her professionalism and her attitude towards customers, we found this truly regrettable. If Ms. Jenifer happens to read this comment, we simply want to tell her that she truly deserves to be in a place where her skills and work are more recognized and valued. We would even be delighted to offer her a position as a waitress on our team if she were interested. 😊 Thank you again for your warm welcome, Jenifer, and we wish you all the best. Good meal, late service (unusually for us Alsatians)... Irish coffee available upon request. Excellent meals for adults and children.

On the way back, we ate at Brasserie Le Caprice, where the welcome was very friendly and the atmosphere was great. We were served by Stéphane. She was kind and gave us good advice on our meals. She recommended the octopus. Excellent. Generous portion. Lovely terrace. Air-conditioned dining room. I recommend it.
