The welcome and breakfast were excellent, however, the bathroom window had no curtain and didn't close, so mosquitoes were present. There was also no curtain for a small window in the bedroom, so I was woken up at 5 am.

Fantastic stay, highly recommended! Located close to shops and restaurants, the hotel is clean and pleasant with a lovely pool. Special mention to the staff, and especially to one receptionist (sorry, I don't have your name) who was very accommodating and friendly!

Despite a very pleasant welcome, the hotel's quality is truly subpar. We stayed in the motel section (newer), which is very basic. Everything was done on the cheap and cobbled together by amateurs. It's a real shame because with limited resources but a sense of hospitality, it could be so much better.

This hotel, the best in the region, is distinguished by its excellent service and the remarkable quality of its staff, who are professional, attentive, and genuinely kind. The hotel is tastefully and elegantly decorated, perfectly maintained, and offers impeccable cleanliness. The quality of the linens is also exceptional, contributing to the overall comfort of the stay. The breakfast is particularly generous and varied, living up to the high standards of the hotel. The swimming pool and jacuzzi are immaculate and always accessible, adding real value to the experience. During my business trips to Saint Paul Trois Châteaux over a two-year period, I had the pleasure of spending many wonderful nights here. I would like to express my sincere gratitude to the manager, a true maestro, whose professionalism and dedication guarantee impeccable service. I highly recommend it.
