Salty fish for me, and I didn't like the beets. What a shame!

We had a wonderful time last night with my wife at the gourmet restaurant Le Capu. The cuisine was exceptional, creative, and bursting with flavor, with a real attention to detail in the flavor combinations. We also greatly appreciated the chef's visits to the dining room before and after our meal—a very thoughtful touch. The staff was very professional and the welcome was perfect. We will definitely be back.

An excellent experience from start to finish. A magnificent restaurant, with an elegant setting and refined atmosphere. The dishes were absolutely delicious, perfectly presented, and made with high-quality ingredients. We had a wonderful lunch experience here as a large group of 19, including 5 children. The restaurant arranged an adjacent but connected room to the main dining area, which gave us our own private space while still feeling part of the overall atmosphere—perfectly convivial for such a gathering. The children even had their own table and menu, which was a thoughtful touch and made the lunch enjoyable for everyone. The décor is warm and inviting, creating a lovely setting for a special meal. We chose the “menu plaisir,” and every dish was absolutely delicious. The staff were consistently accommodating, friendly, and efficient, ensuring everything ran smoothly for our large party. A special mention goes to the chef, who came out to speak with us and even made the effort to visit the children twice—something we all appreciated. The restaurant was also flexible with our preferred dining time, which set them apart from other places we considered. Overall, it was a fantastic experience in a beautiful, centrally located setting close to the old town. We would highly recommend it.

We came to this restaurant to celebrate my wife's birthday. A little romantic getaway to Nancy, to discover a city we didn't know and to celebrate her birthday in the evening with a lovely meal. The restaurant's setting is sumptuous and very elegant. I appreciated the chef's visit, dressed in white with his chef's hat, welcoming us and wishing us bon appétit—a rare and welcome touch. We started the evening with two glasses of Champagne and then continued with the "Menu Plaisir" (Pleasure Menu) with the wine pairing option. For starters, we chose the "Ceviche of Royal Sea Bream" and "Soft-Boiled Egg Florentine Style," followed by "Open Vegetable Ravioli" and "Guinea Fowl Ballotine." The dishes were excellent, although my wife found the ravioli a little too creamy for her taste. To finish, we had "French Toast Capu Style" for her and a "Black Forest Cake Revisited Capu Style," both of which were delightful. We had a great evening at Capu.

For my birthday meal today, we booked a table at Capu and we were not disappointed at all. A very warm welcome, quick and efficient service, attentive staff, two visits from the chef to our table, and refined, high-quality cuisine. The lobster was excellent. Thank you for this wonderful experience, we will be back.

Excellent, refined restaurant where the chef visits each table. A good choice for a special occasion meal, as it's quite expensive, but the presentation and deliciousness of the dishes are superb.
