We stumbled upon this place and were seated at 2:15 PM, thank you! The restaurant was packed! Depending on the room, it can be quite noisy! The food was very good and plentiful, great value for money. Magnificent view!

Exceptional setting overlooking Royan Bay. Very warm welcome and impeccable service. The dishes are excellent, made with fresh ingredients and cooked to perfection. Simple yet effective presentation. I highly recommend it.

We had a wonderful time as a couple at Cardinal des Mers! We opted for the tasting menu and everything was perfect from start to finish. The cuisine is refined, beautifully executed, and showcases the freshest ingredients. Special mention goes to the service, which was simply impeccable: attentive, seamless, and professional without ever being intrusive. A truly excellent restaurant in Royan for a perfect evening for two. We will definitely be back!

A rare flavor in the dishes. The marinated salmon with a poached egg was excellent. Followed by a perfectly cooked sea bass. Truly a restaurant not to be missed in Saint-Georges-de-Didonne. Quality service and an exceptional sea view (I recommend making a reservation for the terrace).
