Exceptional location, the tasting menu was almost too generous but excellent. We go once or twice a year because we have the meal with champagne, and obviously the bill reflects that... but no regrets, everything is perfect.

Excellent welcome, service, and cuisine.
We're returning for the second time to this beautiful establishment.
Highly recommended.
Suggestion: remove the crème caramel. It lacks flavor and doesn't belong in this restaurant.
(As evidenced by the unfinished plates of this dessert on neighboring tables.)

The food is excellent value for money, and the staff is absolutely fantastic.

For the past 60 years that we've been coming, the restaurant has definitely improved.
The new decor is quite nice, except we missed the little lamps that used to be on the tables… very romantic.
The €36 set menu is perfectly adequate in terms of both quality and quantity.
However, the air conditioning is lacking: two air conditioning units 40 meters apart are insufficient, especially when there are a lot of people, plus the large bay window. They do supplement it with a small fan, and it's true that it was still 32 degrees Celsius at 9:30 pm this evening. But a proper air conditioning system with at least two additional units would be very welcome. All in all, we still had a good evening.

Excellent service, the food was outstanding. The ambiance was fantastic, reservations are recommended. Unfortunately, I can only show you the main course and dessert; we were too greedy for the appetizer, so I don't have a photo. It was still delicious, though. The marinated moules were amazing; it was worth every penny.

We were extremely disappointed by this restaurant.
It's not our first time there, but we feel the quality has declined, both in terms of the food and the service.
Luckily, the view is lovely, which makes up for it!

On this June evening, we had a lovely time. The atmosphere is chic yet understated.
The food is excellent. The view of the estuary is breathtaking. Thank you to the friendly service and the kitchen staff. We will definitely return (from the Var region, 83).

I highly recommend Cardinal des Mers.
Impeccable service with top-notch waitresses and waiter.
High-quality, fresh, and expertly prepared ingredients.
No waiting for service. Great atmosphere and a magnificent view.
The owners are very pleasant.
It's definitely worth stopping by for lunch or dinner, and the lounge area upon arrival is splendid with excellent taste in decor. Nothing but positive things to say about this restaurant.
