A reliable choice: we come several times a season and always with the same pleasure. The portions are generous and the food is excellent. The service is quick and friendly. In short, the value for money is unbeatable and the convivial atmosphere makes us feel at ease even if we're not locals. A children's menu is available and the daily specials are varied. 04/09/2026: Perfect experience. Thank you to our server in suspenders for his attentive service. Excellent dishes and generous desserts. We were able to finish our meal on the terrace. Thank you for a lovely evening.
29/08/2026: We had a wonderful time as a couple at Cardinal des Mers! We opted for the tasting menu and everything was perfect from start to finish. The cuisine is refined, beautifully executed, and showcases the freshest ingredients. Special mention goes to the service, which was simply impeccable: attentive, seamless, and professional without ever being intrusive. A truly excellent restaurant in Royan for a perfect evening for two. We will definitely be back!
