First time in La Rochelle, a very warm and simple restaurant. Despite our late arrival, we were very well received by the staff, who were very pleasant, the service was quick, and the food was very good at a very affordable price.

We stopped by for a drink and a crepe; the staff were very friendly and we were served quickly. The chocolate crepe was excellent and not rubbery, which was much appreciated!

20/05/2026: Unlike some angry people venting on social media, we had lunch at this lovely restaurant. The staff was friendly and our couscous was delicious. Both the quality and quantity were excellent. We were very satisfied and felt that the value for money didn't justify some of the negative comments we saw in the reviews. Thank you all, keep up the good work, we'll be back.
05/05/2026: We received a very warm welcome at this restaurant, which has a lovely decor and clean restrooms. We had a very good meal; the couscous was excellent, as were the chicken and lamb shoulder. However, we felt the prices were high for what the food was. A fairer price would have been around €20, in our opinion.
