"The food was good, and the service was quick. However, we ordered the escargot, and some of the shells were missing the meat. When we informed the waiter, they just acknowledged it but took no responsibility, offered no solution, and didn’t even apologize. We aren't sure if they thought we were lying or if this is just normal practice here. We really don’t understand this kind of restaurant culture."

They act like they're doing you a favor by letting you in and assigning you a table. They tell those having dinner and those having coffee to sit in the middle. Overall: The mushroom dessert (cream, berries, and chocolate) was delicious, 10/10. The coffee was delicious, 10/10. My only complaint is that I ordered an iced Americano, which is listed as £2.50 per cup on the menu, but when the waiter brought the bill, it was £7.30 per cup. I asked why it was £2.50, and he said that with ice, it becomes a coffee glacé, which costs £7.30. He showed me the menu, and I said, "But I didn't order it at that price! You can't just make it up!" The waiter then called the manager and pretended to be upset, saying, "Fine, charge me two euros, and I'll pay the rest!" He raised his voice, acting like he was being wronged. The manager apologized and charged us £2.50 for each coffee. Thank you to the manager for his quick response and understanding of the situation. ❤️

Very nice, especially the grilled salmon, and the staff are friendly and helpful.

Great restaurant. While exploring Chamonix, I stumbled upon this restaurant by chance. The servers were friendly and welcoming. The food was delicious. I had a fondue and a mushroom trompe-l'œil dessert. Everything was excellent. I highly recommend this restaurant.

The coffee is amazing! I highly recommend it. It's well-organized and right in the middle of the city center, so it doesn't take long to get there.

The food was okay, but thankfully Mont Blanc was right across the street.

Cute little place which is ideal for lunch right near the main squares in Chamonix. Has a little bit of a touristy vibe, though not overkill. The service was relatively quicker that most other places we visited in the area. Food was quite decent too. We had to leave so we weren’t able to try their delicious looking pastries in the counter!!
