Very good French cuisine, chic Parisian bistro type.
Nice decor and friendly atmosphere.
The servers and manager very welcoming.
Well executed cuisine. Perfect seasoning. A table without salt and pepper shows the quality of the cuisine.
Nothing to complain about, go there and return without worries.

Passing through Caen, with my husband. We looked for a restaurant, the first one we found was called "Carlotta".
Lots to say about him.
The decor: RAS, brasserie from the 20s and 30s;
The atmosphere: RAS;
The service: RAS;
The staff: RAS, whether the waiters or the head waiter, smile, politeness, courtesy, behavior...;
Oops! I almost forgot, the most important thing is the meal. so there: What can I say RAS once again.
The price: RAS, very reasonable.
Thanks to Marco for explaining the history of the brewery and his visit to us.
So to summarize, go ahead without worries..
If tomorrow we return to Caen, we will come back to eat.

I had an excellent evening in this elegant and warm restaurant. We ordered a seafood platter then a sole cooked to perfection!
Perfect service and a very friendly team.

We hadn't been back to Le Carlotta for over a year after a disappointing experience. But it was a pleasant surprise...
The decor is as pretty as ever, creating an elegant and welcoming ambiance from the moment you enter.
The service is impeccable, with absolutely lovely staff who go out of their way to make your experience perfect. Their warmth and professionalism really make the difference.
The cuisine is perfect, tasty and generous.
The Carlotta has once again become an excellent one in Caen in my eyes.
I highly recommend this address again. Congratulations to the new owners for this successful renewal! 👏

Le décor n' a pas changé et garde tout son charme mais on a retrouvé dans les assiettes la qualité qui avait fait la réputation de l'établissement il y a quelques années . Des produits locaux sélectionnés avec soin , bien cuisinés et servis par un personnel très stylé et attentionné. N'hésitez pas !

Nous avions décidé de venir fêter notre anniversaire de mariage et nous avons été déçus
J'ai pris une bouchée à la reine dont tous les éléments étaient trop cuits
Accueil minimaliste. Ce restaurant est devenu sans chaleur.
Nos assiettes sont débarrassés alors que nous avions même pas fini.
Qu'est devenue la brasserie joyeuse et dynamique ?
