Excellent from A to Z! However, we were disappointed with the Milanese accompaniments which were largely not up to the establishment's standards: dried potatoes, lemon without juice and ordinary cherry tomatoes...

Very good restaurant, great staff. The place is very pretty. The restaurant's signature dishes are the beef carpaccio and the paccheri alla vittorio. They have a very good focaccia and a killer pistachio ice cream. I would come back.

Remembering the dining experience and Googled the restaurant. Im surprised that it isn't rated a solid 5! We dined there 2 times during our visit to París. Amazing!!!

So, of course, a Michelin-starred restaurant at the Palace Monceau, of course, an idyllic and intimate setting, of course, quality ingredients, attentive and friendly service. Perhaps a slight delay between courses. So, for my wife and I, what doesn't work? We've dined at all three-star restaurants in Paris and a large number in the provinces. Not counting the two- and one-star restaurants. What doesn't work for us is definitely the lack of subtlety in the taste buds, the finesse of the seasonings. No wow surprise! The squid was well-cooked, but the mayo was too strong; the same goes for the Turbo, just barely cooked to a pearly consistency but drowned in its sauce, or rather its cream; the Milanese escalope was too dry, alas. The carpácio was perfect, the pasta was lovely. The wine was divine! As a result, the food, for us, was too hearty, while the "heavy" trend is toward lightness. Average fare, however, on the higher end of the price range, since we don't eat anything sweet. In short! A Michelin-starred restaurant that didn't convince us. But perhaps we're the only ones who think so?

Oliver and Alessandra are truly two great chefs. It was an unforgettable evening thanks to them and the entire staff.

One of the best Michelin star restaurants I have been to. Delicious Italian food and the place to be in Paris for it. The service and the positive mood of the staff made our evening perfect! The pasta with tomatoes 🍅 is a must try! The carpaccio with truffles and the focaccia were simply perfect. The pistachio ice-cream was perfect to end this delicious dinner. I will go back hopefully again. Of course be ready to spend some money, but it is an experience not just a dinner.

Incredible Italian cuisine! Very refined dishes with flavors. Beautifully presented on the plates. It's a must-try! Congratulations to the teams!
