Food was exceptional! The carpaccio is hands down the best I’ve ever had in my life. I would go back just for that dish. My wife and I brought our 10 month old daughter with us to for dinner, and all the waiters/waitresses are extremely kind and thoughtful. Highly recommend. They 100% deserve that Michelin star 🌟

Superb experience. Bruschetta and two very good quality pizzas. The owner offered us two shots of Limoncello. You can go there without hesitation.

My husband and I were very lucky to have dinner at Il Carpaccio during our stay at Raffles. It was a truly wonderful evening. The food was a special treat. The pasta with black truffle was superb, the lamb was incredibly tender and juicy, and all the appetizers we tried were a pleasant surprise. I'd especially like to thank the restaurant team for their attentiveness. We had dietary restrictions, and they were very understanding: they offered helpful suggestions, adapted the dishes to suit us, and did everything to make us feel comfortable. We'd love to come back again.

An Italian atmosphere, a unique setting, everything is perfect! The dishes were perfectly prepared! The staff were very kind to all the customers! A truly unique experience! I highly recommend this establishment.
