Le Carpaccio sur Paris

My first Michelin-starred experience was breathtaking. The staff were friendly and incredibly professional. The dishes were a delight, especially the carpaccio and tuna. Special mention goes to the sommelier and their wine selection, which exudes great passion.

Lovely atmosphere and nice service. ​However, from a culinary standpoint, the food didn't meet my expectation for a Michelin-starred restaurant. The sauce on the vitello felt overly dense and the initial fish serving was a tail portion—far too thin to achieve a proper mi-cuit, resulting in overcooked for the first serve. ​I truly appreciated the chef coming to our table personally to listen to our feedback and replace the fish course, and the cooking was better the second time. Unfortunately, the flavor lacked the depth, balance, expected at this level. ​That being said, we still had a lovely time overall thanks to the wonderful team.

I invited my children for their birthday. The food was good, but I was very surprised that they served me champagne with excessive foaming; I had lunch at a 5-star restaurant in Reims, and this was definitely not recommended! I even told the waiter! At the end of the meal, they usually ask if you enjoyed it! Here, I'm still waiting for the payment; they acted like interns, honestly! Not up to Michelin-star standards! I dine in luxury hotels, and the service absolutely needs improvement! The bottle of water was more expensive than at Mun's! That's outrageous! In conclusion, I won't be back, which is a shame!

I had a great time with my wife, the service was very good and the setting was great, although we would have preferred the outside with the pool.

Booked lunch for 3 course set lunch at 80 euros. Starter is Raw beef which we are not into so change to salad with strawberry. Regretted my choice as the salad is so plain ! Main course is either Cod or Spaghetti. Not impressed overall …though restaurant set in a courtyard is nice at 12noon in Sept but the Hotel’s common areas are no way near the Ritz, Le Meurice or Hotel Raphael …Evian water is 14 euros, ouch! Mentioned it’s my birthday but nothing was ever shown …Poor value for your money! We are going back to Boullion Racine for its superbly crafted food in a grand Art Nouveau setting tomorrow again …

Food was exceptional! The carpaccio is hands down the best I’ve ever had in my life. I would go back just for that dish. My wife and I brought our 10 month old daughter with us to for dinner, and all the waiters/waitresses are extremely kind and thoughtful. Highly recommend. They 100% deserve that Michelin star 🌟

Request a table in the patio, a lovely little green oasis in the heart of the city. Special mention for the impeccable service. Delicious recipe for Apulian ravioli with fish.

Superb experience. Bruschetta and two very good quality pizzas. The owner offered us two shots of Limoncello. You can go there without hesitation.
