Absolutely fantastic restaurant! 😍 From the moment we arrived until we left, everything was perfect: the staff were friendly, attentive, and very professional, immediately putting us at ease. The atmosphere is pleasant and welcoming, ideal for a relaxing time. As for the food, it was a real treat! The dishes were delicious, beautifully presented, and prepared with high-quality ingredients. Every bite made me want to come back for more 😋 A truly wonderful experience; I highly recommend it.

The food was very good, and the servers were excellent. However, when it came time to pay, a very obnoxious and completely drunk man was serving. Please ask him to leave as he was very unpleasant.

20/04/2026: Excellent cuisine. Impeccable service. In a charming setting. No rush.
15/04/2026: We had a wonderful time at Nivernic last Sunday. The meal was delicious; all our plates, from appetizer to dessert, were returned empty to the kitchen (we were 7 adults and 3 children). The welcome was warm, the service impeccable, and the view magnificent. We will definitely be back! 🥰

La Cantine des Chefs

15/07/2026: I like the place. Friendly staff, but the food is a bit bland. The jar concept leads to them cooking and reheating rather mushy dishes. Kind of like baby food. The pastries look better than they taste. Some seem almost like they came straight from the freezer (the "Tatin-style" tart, for example). I go back because there isn't much else in Carhaix and the waitresses are cool, but the reheated dishes lack character. Two years later: I still go there for coffee because I've always liked cafes with large windows and no alcoholic drinks, but I don't get cakes anymore because they don't vary enough.
11/07/2026: The welcome was very warm, and the menu was decent. However, we were very disappointed that there was no air conditioning at all, especially during this period of intense heat. It's disrespectful to both the staff and the customers!
