A fantastic experience in every way: delicious and generous portions cooked to perfection, bottles of local wine at very affordable prices, and very friendly staff. I highly recommend it.

The best restaurant in every respect that I've been to in the Saumur region for several years. Professional and friendly service, refined and creative cuisine (a touch more side dishes perhaps?), a warm and cozy atmosphere—what more could you ask for! I'm very critical and always find something to criticize, but here, I must admit that everything was perfect. A big thank you to the whole team; we will be back.
