I had an excellent time at the Castel. I highly recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for a unique and refined culinary experience in Ardèche.

Un restaurant, très bien, des salariés souriants, très accueillants, l’assiette Castel est excellente, service plus que satisfaisant, avec des cocktails succulents. La terrasse bien entretenue, c’est un restaurant plus que recommandable, la cuisine y est excellente.

Change of owners... Extra, the welcome is very friendly, the service is adapted to our rhythm, the staff and boss Eric are great, the pizzas are copious and excellent... Shaded terrace I recommend and I come back regularly, a a real little place where it's nice to stop...

A real treat for meat lovers! The prime rib with its marrow bone at Castel is excellent: tender and cooked to perfection. We had a great time on the restaurant terrace. Thank you for the welcome! See you soon!

Quality cuisine with careful service. The passion is found on the plate as are the staff who I find professional and very friendly. A pleasant moment and a place to discover! What more can I say other than enjoying the setting and the good food. I recommend this restaurant with my eyes closed while thanking the owner and the waiters for this 3rd visit to their place. Looking forward to meeting you again.

We visited as a family at the end of July 2024.
Great welcome, superb atmosphere.
The woman who served the cocktails (really top cocktails 👍) is just exceptional, she gave us a superb evening. Simplicity and good humor were there. I highly recommend this place which remains truly magnificent. 🥰🥰
