Passing through Doué-la-Fontaine, we decided to try this restaurant.
A very pretty setting in a troglodyte cellar.
A warm and friendly welcome.
An original concept. The two (lovely) young women explain the meal to you. It's very good and generous.
And no unpleasant surprises when the bill arrives; everything is included: meal, aperitif, white, rosé, or red wine, water, and coffee or tea!
Definitely worth trying.

The cellar is the perfect place to enjoy fouées; there's nothing better than this troglodyte cave to savor these little bread rolls.
The welcome was very friendly, a special shout-out to Claire, our waitress, thanks to whom we had a wonderful evening (good evening, Claire 😉).
We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves; it was perfect!

An unusual and surprising restaurant, the setting is truly unique.
I was pleasantly surprised by both the price and the quantity and quality of the products, including regional specialties and a set menu.
The welcome was warm, and the service was impeccable.
We will definitely return when we are next in the area. A wonderful discovery.
