Everything was excellent! The food, the service, the price… They have a set menu, but they were willing to modify it for me and offer a vegan meal. That was much appreciated.
They offer all-you-can-eat for a fixed price, with dessert and wine included.
The atmosphere was also very pleasant.
I sincerely recommend it!

Emma is a very good waitress; she has been at the restaurant for a month and a half, she does her job very well, she is very smiley and very kind.

A wonderful experience in a cave dwelling!
And a unique menu of fouées (flatbreads), with all the appropriate toppings: excellent!
The atmosphere and service were very pleasant, warm, and welcoming.

Fantastic restaurant! Not being from the Loire Valley, I loved trying the mushroom specialties, "les galipettes." The meal is very generous, and if you order the "troglo" menu and get to the rillettes, it might be wise to wait until the rest of the meal before having more fouace... then you can decide.
I'd like to finish by saying that the staff was lovely, especially the waitresses who answered all my questions about the cuisine and the restaurant. I highly recommend it!!
