An excellent restaurant in the old town of Cannes with generous, carefully prepared dishes. The staff is always friendly and smiling. Last but not least, the bill was very reasonable. A place to recommend. Reservations are recommended.

Excellent restaurant, Nothing to complain about. Excellent food. Very good service too. Just one minor point about the seating we were offered. There were two of us without a reservation, and we were only offered a table inside, either in the back corner or upstairs, as all the other tables for two were reserved. We agreed to be seated near the bar. Ten minutes after our arrival, two women arrived without a reservation, and they were offered a table inside, almost on the terrace, or another, more sunny spot. My husband and I were embarrassed and disappointed because, as a same-sex couple, we felt uncomfortable and that we weren't really welcome and that we should have been seated away from the outside view. That's why it's only 4 stars.

Excellent dinner, competent and friendly staff, good food

Always a wonderful dining experience at Le Caveau; we've been coming for over 30 years. The quality-price ratio is slightly above average for the area, but it's well worth it. The staff are always very welcoming and courteous. My only regret is that we had just started our aperitifs when the main courses arrived immediately afterward!?!... For me, this detail still constitutes a service lapse, which is why the bill is lower than we intended to give.

⭐ Excellent time at Caveau 30 in Cannes! After a very bad experience at Sens restaurant, we arrived at Caveau 30 around 11 pm, wanting to end our evening with a good meal. And what a pleasant surprise! 👌 We started with a small fried platter to share, followed by an excellent salmon tartare. For once, a tartare that truly respects the fish: no need to mix in just anything to mask its flavor. Simple, fresh, and effective. We then ordered two whole sea bass, perfectly cooked, accompanied by beurre blanc sauce and steamed potatoes. A real treat! 🐟 Special mention also goes to the staff, who were smiling, welcoming, and professional, despite our late arrival at 11 pm. This was particularly appreciated. After an evening that had started very badly, Caveau 30 really saved the day. Generous portions, quality ingredients, and a fantastic welcome. 👏 Thank you to the whole team for a wonderful experience! We highly recommend it! It's the best value for money in Cannes. M review G
