The restaurant is very well located and in a pleasant setting. The staff is very welcoming. The dishes are excellent and very generous. I recommend this restaurant.

The food was excellent and the setting very pleasant. The only slight downside was the somewhat high price, but otherwise, there was nothing to complain about.

The drinks are not bad, the food is oily and tasteless.

The setting is fantastic, the food was plentiful and of high quality, and the staff were friendly. A must-do, and worth repeating!

I recommend making a reservation. The service was fast, polite, and attentive. We really enjoyed everything we ate. Especially the cordon bleu was amazing. I ordered it with black pepper sauce and spaetzle on the side. Although the price was a bit high, the portion was very large and almost enough for two people. We drank a seasonal and local Sorcier beer with it, made from elderberry and nettle, and perhaps the most special part of the meal was the beer. It blew us away, it was magnificent. Then we had a nice Pinot Gris with the meal. We couldn't leave without ordering the iridescent crème brûlée for dessert. We liked that too. The prices might be average or slightly above average, but I can easily say it was worth it. We paid a total of 80 euros at the table. I would go again and recommend it. Thank you

After desperately searching for spätzle in Colmar, we stumbled upon this restaurant. We ordered the vol-au-vents with their famous spätzle. It was beautifully presented and very generous. The puff pastry was magnificent! A huge shout-out to the waiter who chased me down two streets because I'd forgotten my bag! I highly recommend it!

I really enjoyed this typical Alsatian restaurant, although it was very cold. The sauerkraut was delicious, as was the Christmas sangria. A big thank you to the bartender, who was wonderful to everyone in the room, unlike the other waiter, who was a bit reserved and less welcoming. We will gladly return next year.

Thanks Jérémie for rearranging the reservations to save us from McDonald's 😁 Christmas market in Colmar, without a reservation, he saved the day! We had a wonderful time, great advice, delicious flammenkuches, and perfect little desserts. As a bonus, he gave us a great sense of humor and THE playlist to continue our Alsatian adventure. The small appetizers are surprisingly large. The liver is very good and the salmon gravlax is exceptional.
