Perfect!!! The restaurant is in a beautiful old wooden house, and the portions are large. One of the best restaurants for people with a good appetite.

Superb restaurant! The welcome was perfect, the waiters were friendly, and the spaetzle fondue with Munster cheese was excellent!! I highly recommend it!!! A table on the street was very nice!!

Lunch outdoors on spring market day. The service was quite quick and friendly. The food was very good, and the dish was served piping hot. I recommend it.

The main courses are excellent, and the wines are just as good. I chose the salmon on a bed of cabbage and loved it. My boyfriend had a meat dish, and he enjoyed it as well. The atmosphere is lovely and the service is fast.

Visited on a Sunday around 8pm. It was off‑peak season, but the inside was still very busy - luckily I managed to get an outdoor table. The food was great - the Flammekueche was delicious, and the salmon was thick, fresh, and full of flavour.

29/03/2026: A beautiful setting in Colmar's Little Venice district, with a very pleasant atmosphere. The welcome was warm and the service attentive. However, we were disappointed by the sauerkraut, which lacked the character expected of such an iconic regional dish. A shame, given the setting. The braised ham hock, on the other hand, was decent. Overall, it was a pleasant experience, though the cuisine felt somewhat standardized, geared more towards a transient clientele than a truly authentic Alsatian experience.
28/03/2026: A wonderful experience in this welcoming restaurant. The meal was excellent, as was the service, even if the blonde lady who seems to be the owner is a bit unusual… the other servers are pleasant and very kind ❤️
