A serene atmosphere, refined and tasty dishes with beautiful presentation.

We had dinner there in an exceptional setting: a beautifully restored stone mill. The food was excellent and the service efficient, talented, and attentive.

So, first about the cuisine: it is really of high quality. Everything is well thought, fresh and delicious. One thing, I would prefer if they asked me how I want my lamb cooked because I prefer it more raw/juicy/salty than the way they served me. The highlights are the deserts which are beautiful and very delicious. Cheese selection is interesting and nice. Now service: 1. They don't really speak English. 2. They are not super friendly and eager to talk with you. 3. Somelier asked if I like all kinds of wine, and I said that I don't like whites and she still paired my entrée with white, which shows that she did not listen to my answer, for main course she picked Crozes-Hermitages which was good but not very tasty, but for desert she choose a really tasty wine Rosalia. 4. The service is kind of slow. Verdict: a delicious place, but service can be much improved, if you are in the area, perhaps worth visiting.

Beautiful setting and the staff are attentive to their customers, very welcoming and friendly. We'll definitely be back.

I specified during the booking that I cannot eat gluten. The staff were very attentive; they even made homemade gluten-free bread for me. Excellent meal.
