This was a wonderful discovery: a warm and friendly atmosphere, a truly pleasant welcome, and well-prepared regional dishes. I particularly enjoyed the coq au vin and the chicken: authentic flavors and fresh ingredients. The service was a little slow but attentive. Moreover, the value for money is excellent, especially for Volnay. I highly recommend it for lunch with friends or dinner in a relaxed setting.

We know the place and the menu hasn't changed in years. Disappointment: despite booking well in advance, we were once again seated in the main dining room. We would have preferred to be seated in the wine cellar area.

This has to be up there with some of the best traditional french food in the country! The wine cellar setting was amazing and the service was friendly. The set lunch menu is great value - the coq au vin and the eggs in red wine were class.

A delight for the taste buds, a warm place, caring and pleasant staff. The owner always has a kind word for her customers. We have been coming for years, as has our 95-year-old grandmother. I highly recommend it.

23/12/2023: I recommend this little restaurant to anyone who likes to eat well. Very good meal.
21/11/2023: The cuisine is very original and its unique menu concept, already widespread in other establishments, is interesting. Despite everything, we will not return there because the welcome (and the service, except for the young girl) was far from being "family" as the website led us to hope and the room is cold due to its black decoration ( not to mention the lack of cleaning on the glass shelves...).
