We were passing through this town, on a Monday when all shops were closed, a couple welcomed us warmly and served us what they had left in the kitchen for our lunch, a real delight: the gazpacho and their mixed salad. tomatoes, melon, peach sprinkled with goat cheese... We had the opportunity by chance to discover the kitchen of the new owners. A team of young people, friendly and welcoming. We went back there on the way back. recommends the vanilla chouquettes.

Refonte de l'établissement, nouvelle équipe et nouveau concept pour un lieu vivant et très accueillant. Différentes formules: petits déjeuners, casse-croûte, plat du jour en semaine. Dîner les vendredi et samedi et même brunch le dimanche! De quoi se faire plaisir de différentes manières ! Nous avons tester le dîner: carte/menu très courte et des produits locaux sélectionnés avec soin et surtout bien cuisinés. Un régal! Du coup nous sommes revenues pour tester le brunch et à nouveau de bons et beaux produits bien cuisinés et une offre très variée: salé, sucré, chaud dt froid. Fromages, viandes, légumes, jus de fruits... tout est local et bien travaillé. Bravo! Nous reviendrons!

Super diner sur la terrasse à l'arrière du restaurant. De jeunes restaurateurs plein de bons conseils, qui connaissent bien les plats servis. Les plats sont excellents, une cuisine originale, avec des produits frais et locaux. Le vin conseillé est très bien. Très belle adresse, accueil parfait.

The new owners have 'hit the ground running'. The food was beautifully prepared and presented - imaginative dishes, local produce, attentive and knowledgeable service, etc. Excellent value for money. Well worth a detour, or if you're staying Bellac for the night, make it your go-to place to eat.
