First time at this restaurant. Excellent food, fast service despite the crowd, impeccable waiter and waitress. I recommend it.

A wonderful discovery at the restaurant “Le Central”! We had a fantastic time from start to finish. The welcome was warm, the staff very friendly and attentive without being intrusive. We tried several dishes and everything was truly delicious: the tapas were varied and flavorful, the charcuterie platter was generous with excellent quality products, the warm goat cheese salad was perfectly balanced and very satisfying, the snails were excellent and well-seasoned, and the pasta carbonara was creamy and full of flavor. The portions are generous, the dishes are beautifully presented, and the restaurant has a friendly and pleasant atmosphere. You can feel their genuine desire to please their customers, and that makes all the difference. We highly recommend this restaurant and will definitely return!

A warm and welcoming place. The service is always excellent and the portions are quite generous. The grilled ham with Époisses sauce is delicious. And we're rarely disappointed by the lunch specials. I highly recommend this place.

Not outstanding, but good value for money. Fast service: Starters, main courses, and desserts within an hour. The starters, escargots and tomato mozzarella, were fine. The Piece du Boucher was less impressive. Two thin slices of beef "stuck" together to make it look thick. And it was also scored, making it more well-done than medium. I regret not ordering the tartare, because that was really good. Just like the delicious fries. Cafe Gourmand was disappointing. Jelly-like panna cotta and a factory-made oliebol. The dessert with speculoos (tiramisu-like) was okay.
