A warm and welcoming place. The service is always excellent and the portions are quite generous. The grilled ham with Époisses sauce is delicious. And we're rarely disappointed by the lunch specials. I highly recommend this place.

Not outstanding, but good value for money. Fast service: Starters, main courses, and desserts within an hour. The starters, escargots and tomato mozzarella, were fine. The Piece du Boucher was less impressive. Two thin slices of beef "stuck" together to make it look thick. And it was also scored, making it more well-done than medium. I regret not ordering the tartare, because that was really good. Just like the delicious fries. Cafe Gourmand was disappointing. Jelly-like panna cotta and a factory-made oliebol. The dessert with speculoos (tiramisu-like) was okay.

Superb place. Very warm welcome. Excellent food. Very energetic and friendly waiter. Top-notch owner.

Come to the Central for a more personal opinion.....What more can I say.... HAVE A GOOD DAY in the city of Aedui. GOOD LUCK TO THE WHOLE "TEAM" AT THE CENTRAL........ Very fast, even too fast. Reasonable price. A shame the salmon was cooked a little too seared despite requesting it pearly. Otherwise, the server was pleasant and professional.
