Ordered two salads, Caesar and warm goat cheese: too much oil, too much vinaigrette dressing with an expired taste, croutons and chicken soaked in oil, and vinegary wine (Broully). A shame.

A wonderful time at Central Bellevue! The setting is truly warm and elegant, with a friendly atmosphere. A lovely terrace for sunny days. The dishes are flavorful and beautifully presented, with a great menu of reimagined French specialties. Special mention goes to the goat cheese and honey spring roll, a real success, original and delicious! The service is also excellent: a welcoming, professional, and friendly team, which makes the experience even more enjoyable.

We've been to this restaurant several times for dinner and each time we're delighted with the service, the staff, and the food, which is always excellent! The atmosphere is warm and friendly, and if you're local (or not), this is a restaurant you absolutely must try!

A truly excellent restaurant, both for its food and its welcoming atmosphere. The burger is superb, as are the flank steak and the croque madame. The portions are generous and the service is very professional. We also recommend the desserts, such as the Saint Barthélémy ice cream sundae or the apple crumble.

01/05/2026: Not enough different menus, which is a shame.
30/04/2026: Pleasant and calm setting. Very varied menu, a nice selection of vegetarian dishes, and lots of non-alcoholic cocktails made with rum syrup... so they have flavor. The service was very good. I was disappointed by my Caesar salad, which was poor quality, especially the chicken. It was mushy and tasteless. I wasn't expecting that given the price... The chicken rillettes, however, were very good.
