A neighborhood bar and restaurant with many regulars. The owner runs the kitchen and the dining room. The food is simple, home-style, but tasty. Located opposite the train station, the bar and restaurant are very reasonably priced. And thanks to the modest price of the daily menu, it offers good value for money.

Brasserie Le Globe

02/09/2026: It's difficult to find a place for lunch on a Sunday in Villefranche-de-Rouergue. Le Globe is there, with its welcoming team. The food is plentiful and delicious. A pleasant stop if you enjoy traditional cuisine.
29/08/2026: Group meal for a farewell party. We weren't able to enjoy the group time we'd hoped for because the table layout didn't allow it, but the chef did a great job with a fresh and delicious meal. The music was very good but a little too loud to hear each other talk. Nice place for an afternoon drink near the Aveyron River 🙂

08/08/2026: I highly recommend visiting the France bar restaurant. It's very warm and welcoming, the staff are very friendly, and the food is excellent, even top-notch. I advise you to go and see it.
