What can I say, it was perfect, cozy atmosphere, pleasant employee and boss, and a truly delicious meal at our service.

the Chai LATER EGO is located at 9 Rue du Blé, 71100 Chalon-sur-Saône, close to the old center and the market square opposite the Church, the establishment is quiet and clean, the decoration is very pleasant to look and the atmosphere that it gives off is very cocooning, perfect for meals with family, friends, on this subject, possibility of reserving small discreet places for a meal out of sight (always this cocooning effect) the cuisine is succulent , very well presented, the products are fresh and homemade (that's why you "could hear yourself saying": "we have no more,,,," nothing serious! try something else it will be very good! ) very beautiful wine cellars to see and taste! the room staff is welcoming, discreet, caring I recommend this restaurant!!

Gorgeous! The place is splendid and the food is exquisite. Remember to make a reservation because a restaurant of this quality is often full.

A very pleasant moment in a warm setting. The dishes are simple and effective with perfect execution of preparation, especially the duck burger with truffle which was perfect. A beautiful diversity of wine by the glass and a very nice selection of wine by the bottle. Small minus for the service not sufficiently "lively" and a dessert menu that is a little light. In short, I would certainly go back there with friends to share a good bottle over a good meal or the opposite 😉

Nous sommes venus plusieurs fois dans ce restaurant. Au niveau de l’ambiance et des repas, c’est excellent. On y mange très bien, avec des produits frais et des assiettes magnifiques. Il y a un large choix de vins, de jolies bouteilles avec une ambiance très sympa. Par contre les deux dernières fois où nous sommes venus, nous avions eu l’impression de déranger le patron et les serveurs. Aucun sourire, nous devons nous dépêcher de commander alors que nous attendons plus d’une demi heure entre chaque plat. Peut être un sourire à la fin quand nous avons payer… très dommage.

Service impeccable 👌 une cave à vin digne de ce nom avec un choix vraiment intéressant et le conseil du patron en prime . Dans l’assiette c’est juste parfait . une très belle adresse au cœur de ville .
