We were a table of 12 celebrating two birthdays. Having already come two years ago for the same thing, we wanted to relive the experience.
We were greeted with a curt "Let's get going because the kitchen won't wait for you."...
We weren't really satisfied. In a hurry to finish our meal and leave, we asked for candles that never arrived, and we had to ask again. For a €630 meal, I think at least the two people celebrating their birthdays deserved a complimentary jet ski.... Not to mention the waiter who abruptly cut off one of our requests because it wasn't her responsibility to answer.... Anyway, it's a shame.

The place seemed nice, although we were unfortunately seated too close to the entrance.
The cheeses were very good, but the service was very unpleasant. Too rushed, no smiles, too much attention! Instead of apologizing, they showed a slight lack of consideration when setting our table.
The dishes aren't cheap; they deserve a little more attention to the customer.

Hello, we came to eat today and had a wonderful experience at the chalet. The staff were very friendly and attentive, the atmosphere was fantastic, the menu was very generous and, above all, delicious. I highly recommend it.
We will definitely return and recommend it to friends and family.
Don't change a thing, you're the best!

Very nice setting, good food.
I ordered a carafe of water in addition to the drinks (which were extra) but it never arrived 😕, otherwise yes, I recommend this restaurant.

The fondue wasn't great (very runny), the staff were pleasant but impersonal. It's true we're not in a mountainous region. In short, I'd say it's a Savoyard fast food joint, but more in the sense of fast food than Savoyard.

The service is fast, the atmosphere very pleasant, and the staff friendly, but the prices are too high.
We were also disappointed by the desserts; they're not cheap and, what's more, they taste like frozen food. €45...

Excellent food and a meticulously decorated location. Perfect for couples, families with a children's menu, and even business dinners. Ample parking nearby. Highly recommended!
