Except for the meat this time, which wasn't served as I had requested. The waitress didn't even come by to tell me, and there was absolutely no discount on the bill 😌 Disappointed...

“A culinary adventure worthy of a fairy tale! The meat, cooked to perfection, melted in your mouth; the vegetables were so tender they could have sung a serenade; and the dessert? It's always a pleasure to enjoy the dishes at "Ames Soeur".
The combination of flavors brings the sweetness and warmth we miss so much when we're outside.
The welcome and service were impeccable.
The market menu delighted us. Special mention for the rich and comforting butternut squash.

I celebrated my birthday there, and it was absolutely fantastic.
My only slight complaint is that they could have at least offered a small coffee or digestif to the birthday person. Otherwise, nothing to complain about. From the appetizer to the dessert, everything was perfect (presentation, quality, seasoning, service...). I'll definitely be back.

Having followed him on social media, I'd been wanting to try this passionate chef's cooking for a while. I'm thrilled! The place is very cozy, the staff is incredibly attentive and professional, and the dishes are...delicious. The chef and his team are bursting with talent, and while you wait to go...enjoy his humor on social media (celery and cachons are separate entities 🤣). GO FOR IT!
