A wonderful discovery! We had a fantastic evening. The cuisine is refined, original, and beautifully presented. I particularly enjoyed the zucchini carpaccio, the duck breast, and the cheese selection. My partner chose the wood-fired eggplant, the lamb, and then the pistachio and raspberry dessert, which she thoroughly enjoyed. We also opted for the €22 food and drink pairing, a very worthwhile experience. I wasn't a fan of the wine suggested with the cheese, but the waitress immediately noticed and replaced it with another. A real plus! The service was efficient, friendly, and very pleasant. We also greatly appreciated the small treat served upon our arrival, as well as the one that accompanied our coffee. A very enjoyable evening, both in terms of the food and the service. We will gladly return.

I was recommended the restaurant Âmes Sœurs with such conviction that I felt almost obligated to go, and what a pleasant surprise it was! Everything was perfect. We opted for the blind tasting menu and were in for a series of delightful surprises. It was a bit like a treasure hunt: we had to identify the different dishes and their ingredients. Everything was delicious, original, and perfectly balanced. The staff is very friendly and welcoming, and the service is quick. The little touch we particularly appreciated was at the end of the meal, when the chef came to meet us and explain each dish. You can immediately tell he's passionate about his work. I highly recommend Âmes Sœurs to anyone who enjoys discovering new flavors, being surprised, and having a truly wonderful experience.

Very friendly and smiling staff, excellent meal. Quiet and chic place. A lovely spot. We'll go back, but not in this heat; the lack of air conditioning is a shame. The only negative point for me is people smoking on the terrace during their meal.

Our first experience at this restaurant, and overall, we had a pleasant time. The setting is very well done: the decor is modern, elegant, and refined, as are the table settings and tableware. The cuisine is sophisticated, with beautifully presented and flavorful dishes. Regarding the €47 set menu, however, we felt that cheese should be included. The price seems relatively high considering some of the ingredients offered, which aren't necessarily considered "premium." The drinks menu also seemed a bit pricey. The main areas for improvement concern the service. The amuse-bouches were already on the table before our arrival and were not presented. The wine was opened without any prior tasting. The starter was sent prematurely while we were still enjoying our aperitifs. We also found the bread slightly stale. Finally, as we were finishing our meal, a waitress had already started some cleaning, which somewhat detracted from the end-of-service atmosphere. Despite these minor points, the experience remains positive thanks to the quality of the setting and the cuisine. We will gladly return to explore other options on the menu.

The welcome is equally precious: Carla, partner and maître d'hôtel, brightens the moment with her smile, gracefully blending genuine warmth with impeccable professionalism. The journey for the taste buds begins with the aperitif: a delicate bite of red lentils, a true delight that awakens the senses. For the starter, the Chef's spring roll is pure magic—and that's an understatement—as every texture borders on perfection. For the main course, the Chimichurri hanger steak, served with bacon mashed potatoes, is an ode to indulgence. The cooking was absolutely perfect, and the sauce, so irresistibly smooth, emptied the bread basket before we even noticed. The cheese selection, paired with a great Burgundy wine, prolonged this moment of pure bliss. To conclude this explosion of flavors, the yuzu, blueberry, and meringue ganache offered a masterful finale, perfectly fresh and balanced. After a final coffee, the bill arrived: no need to worry, the price was surprisingly reasonable. An affordable restaurant offering such quality, such refinement, and such masterful cuisine that cannot fail to impress. Thank you, Florent and Carla, for this magical experience. Second visit to Âmes Sœurs! What can I say? Absolutely nothing to complain about, everything is excellent from the amuse-bouche to the dessert. The shrimp spring rolls are to die for!!! The beef ravioli are wow!!! My husband had the hanger steak, excellent meat. The tiramisu was also a delight. Everything is impeccable: the meal, the service. You have to try it; the menu changes regularly. So you can go several times and you'll never eat the same thing. I recommend it a thousand times over!
