Le Chalet du Lac sur Briey

Wow! This place is easy to find. Step inside and you'll find a warm welcome, both in terms of the decor and the staff. The soft decor, with its multiple, indirect lighting, gives the place a cozy atmosphere. The service makes you feel like a special guest. 🙏 As for the food... it's surprising, both in presentation and quality. The plates are incredibly beautiful, perfect, and different for each course. The containers are as magnificent as their contents. Refined, perfectly seasoned, surprising—bravo to the chef, and a big thank you! 🙏

The food is always good there. A reliable choice in the region.

Very satisfied with my first experience, I'll do it again

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ We just left the restaurant and what can I say… whatever you do, don't go. Because if everyone discovers this place, we'll soon be unable to find a table to go back. And frankly, that doesn't suit us at all. 😂 The portions are perfectly measured, which allows you to enjoy the entire menu without having to walk back to the car… but seriously, what was the point? Where are the unlimited fries?! 😂 The atmosphere is pleasant, calm, and intimate… in short, don't bring your children; we'd like it to stay that way. 😆 And the food… unfortunately, it's literally to die for. Perhaps my palate is less discerning than that of some renowned food critics, but our plates had an unfortunate tendency to come back completely empty. So yes, the bill is a bit higher than elsewhere—especially for the more alcoholic among us 😂—but the experience is absolutely worth it. The service, the atmosphere, the food: we loved it and we definitely plan to come back. In short, at Âmes Sœurs, our taste buds have found their soulmate. So really… don't come. Save us a table. 😂

Really loved the restaurant, a very nice discovery.

Excellent restaurant. I'd go back without hesitation.

A truly wonderful experience, from appetizer to dessert, a delight for both the palate and the eyes. Bravo and thank you to the entire smiling and welcoming team.

A wonderful discovery! We had a fantastic evening. The cuisine is refined, original, and beautifully presented. I particularly enjoyed the zucchini carpaccio, the duck breast, and the cheese selection. My partner chose the wood-fired eggplant, the lamb, and then the pistachio and raspberry dessert, which she thoroughly enjoyed. We also opted for the €22 food and drink pairing, a very worthwhile experience. I wasn't a fan of the wine suggested with the cheese, but the waitress immediately noticed and replaced it with another. A real plus! The service was efficient, friendly, and very pleasant. We also greatly appreciated the small treat served upon our arrival, as well as the one that accompanied our coffee. A very enjoyable evening, both in terms of the food and the service. We will gladly return.

Excellent find, we'll resell it!

I was recommended the restaurant Âmes Sœurs with such conviction that I felt almost obligated to go, and what a pleasant surprise it was! Everything was perfect. We opted for the blind tasting menu and were in for a series of delightful surprises. It was a bit like a treasure hunt: we had to identify the different dishes and their ingredients. Everything was delicious, original, and perfectly balanced. The staff is very friendly and welcoming, and the service is quick. The little touch we particularly appreciated was at the end of the meal, when the chef came to meet us and explain each dish. You can immediately tell he's passionate about his work. I highly recommend Âmes Sœurs to anyone who enjoys discovering new flavors, being surprised, and having a truly wonderful experience.
