Beautiful setting, overlooking Lake Rousses. Friendly staff, the food is very good and plentiful 👍 It was my first time there, and I'd love to go back.

"A must for lovers of regional cuisine! We thoroughly enjoyed their morel mushroom specialty. You can tell the products are carefully selected. Special mention for the excellent service and the view, which only added to the pleasure. A flawless lunch by the lake."

We highly recommend it. A professional, friendly, and warm welcome. Despite an evening that was unfortunately too quiet for them (horrendous black ice, few customers). For my part, excellent cheese crust and Pavlova with mandarin compote. If you are in Les Rousses, don't hesitate to make the trip to Chalet du Lac.

The staff were fantastic and incredibly welcoming; they found us a table even though we hadn't booked. The service was very pleasant and friendly. We'll definitely be back! 👍🏻

24/01/2026: We always enjoy coming to this establishment. The new owner has maintained the family atmosphere of this very well-located hotel and restaurant. Impeccable cleanliness and excellent food. We highly recommend it.
13/01/2026: Impeccable service, just like the meal. The fondue was divine, and our two children were also delighted to have such a wonderful culinary experience. Well done! A nice touch was the reservation system with the QR code at the entrance, followed by reminders on phone and email—a great idea!
