An evening at the Chalet is always eagerly anticipated and appreciated: everything is simply delicious. Unpretentious, yet flavorful. The ingredients are fresh and homemade, and the service is very friendly without being intrusive. As for the setting: the interior, with its fireplace, is just as delightful as the exterior, with its view of the castle near the lake.

A dream location at the foot of Pierrefonds Castle, overlooking the lake. The romantic setting is complemented by a warm, professional, and family-friendly welcome. The waffles are delicious. I highly recommend it.

Nice place, the andouillette was very good, as was the hamburger. However, I was very disappointed with the Black Forest cake, my favorite dessert; the cherries weren't the right ones, and there was no kirsch, which was bland.

The service and food were excellent. On the downside, a family with very young children was still eating at 9:30 PM, causing a commotion in the restaurant with their crying. We wanted to stay longer, but because of this, we left earlier.

Excellent meal at this restaurant, which offers a set menu for €22 (starter, main course, dessert). Everything was delicious and of very high quality. I particularly enjoyed the white pudding cooked in a casserole dish with apples and topped with Munster cheese as a starter, and the fisherman's sauerkraut with its butter sauce as a main course. A real treat. And to top it all off, the staff are incredibly welcoming.

Refined cuisine with high-quality flavor. The wine list is decent and reasonably priced. This level of service is becoming rare these days. We left satisfied with this establishment, which I highly recommend.
