08/04/2026: Excellent hotel service with friendly, smiling staff. The restaurant is top-notch! Prices and quality of ingredients and dishes are excellent. Plus, we were able to enjoy the terrace. Absolutely fantastic! I highly recommend it.

08/02/2026: The owner turns away customers, both families and bikers, even though there's plenty of room in the bar, saying they're full.
Clearly, they're overwhelmed with very little business.
More than 45 minutes wait to be served. They should perhaps consider hiring more staff. The owner, in my opinion, doesn't want to work on a Sunday, even though it's a beautiful 14°C.
The staff isn't very friendly. Our table wasn't cleared or cleaned when we arrived, and we had to wait 20 minutes for it to be cleared. If they're overwhelmed with a ray of sunshine, what will it be like during the summer season? I strongly advise against this place.
On our departure, knowing that many tables outside were empty, there was supposedly more than a 45-minute wait to be served, even though all the other customers present were served.
08/02/2026: The service needs improvement. The older man, I don't know if he's the owner, kept pacing around, reminding everyone that it was February, not July, so there would be a wait. Then he decided to tell newcomers they were full, even though the tables were empty. Strange... There was a mistake with one of the drinks we ordered.
Pets are welcome; our dog was served before us, thank you for that.
It's a shame, because there was another young lady of the same age who was much more responsive and very friendly.

29/03/2026: You can't call these pizzas, especially with the half-hour wait.
21/03/2026: The setting is pleasant, but clearly not up to the price.
The €40 "pleasure" menu: a very successful, almost gourmet starter… then the letdown. The main course and dessert are very basic, unworthy of the price. You really get the impression that all the effort is put into the starter to justify the price, but the rest of the meal doesn't live up to it at all.
The service is quite disconcerting: the person who seems to be in charge laughs very loudly in the dining room, which is not very professional. When clearing the table, she asks a question but leaves without even listening to the answer… quite telling.
The dining room is far too cramped; the tables are crammed together, to the point where you feel like you're sharing your meal with your neighbors.
Fortunately, the (older) waiter raises the bar somewhat: pleasant, professional, no complaints.
In summary: an entry that somewhat salvages the situation, but an overall experience that is largely overrated and disappointing.

06/04/2026: We came for lunch; it wasn't too crowded and the atmosphere was very pleasant with a beautiful view of the village and the castle. It's worth noting that there's only outdoor seating. We ordered Strasbourg sausages (€8.50) and a burger (€18.50). We ate very well, and the staff were friendly. It had a bit of a beachside restaurant feel; it was really lovely, I recommend it!

12/04/2026: The food was generally good. A decent crêperie. However, the service could use some improvement, both in terms of organization and friendliness. The concept is to eat with your fingers and get brushed off. The listening is haphazard... One of the waiters is a reflection of his stature: he's condescending: just... arrogant!
We ordered coffee with dessert. We never saw it, nor did we ever smell it. In short, while the food lives up to expectations, don't go there expecting pleasant and professional service. What a shame!
We must have caught them at the wrong time...
11/04/2026: We came this Saturday, April 11, 2026, around noon. The staff was very pleasant, and the food was very good.
I recommend it 100%.

12/08/2024: Excellent service, cheerful and attentive. A little refill of bread that arrives without being asked is always nice. The waiter is nice to the kids, really perfect.
The dishes are correct for their prices and the quantity is generous.
Well, we were sitting next to the little sound system in the bar and the funk was maybe a little too funk. But come on, it's summer. We're not going to quibble.
I recommend!
31/07/2024: Very pleasant to come and have an ice cream or a whipped waffle at the bottom of the castle. Fair price.
