A romantic meal in a large chalet with a warm interior; a very good meal with a special mention for the dessert, a delicious soufflé.

Excellent meal in a magnificent setting with attentive staff. The dishes are works of art. To anyone wanting to have an exceptional experience, I highly recommend this place.

We came to this establishment to unwind, relax, and do some hiking. The establishment is very responsive to our feedback, and a solution was found very quickly for a minor issue. This establishment is a haven where the breakfast is perfect (thank you, Annabelle!), the wine list is magnificent, the meals are excellent (we tried all the different menus, and my wife's gluten intolerance was immediately taken into account and maintained throughout our stay), the aperitif by the fireplace is very pleasant, and the spa allows us to relax after the hikes, for which Charles gave us excellent information. We thank all the staff and will most certainly return!

An exceptional address. A Michelin-starred restaurant with truly French service, precise and elegant (served under cloches), impeccable from start to finish. Top-quality ingredients, masterful cuisine, and a privileged setting that makes you feel "at home," albeit in a high-end version. Bonus: a few rooms on-site, perfect for extending the experience in complete tranquility. A rare find, practically perfect.

I had a wonderful week at the Hotel Les Bas Rupts. The architecture and decor are charming and beautifully executed, the cuisine is exquisite, and above all, the staff are absolutely delightful at every level. It's also easily accessible to local attractions and very peaceful.

However, I wanted to highlight the quality and exceptional character of this place. The restaurant is of high quality, with delicious food, and the atmosphere is warm and inviting. Beautiful hotel, but we only ate at the restaurant. The setting is lovely, but the wine by the glass was very average. The starter was bland, the amuse-bouche too salty, the main course was good, and the dessert was decent. It really lacked flavor for 200 Euros for two people, and the creative combinations were lacking. ...Three regulars had told me the same thing, but we wanted to try it...it's improving, but there's still a long way to go to be truly exceptional. Keep up the good work.
