Superb moment with refined dishes in a pleasant setting. The service was impeccable, thanks to the head waiter (sommelier) who took great care of us! We will come back with pleasure!

We have a cosy stay over the weekend at this place. Firstly, when we arrived, the staffs welcome us in warm and generous atmosphere. As for the vibes, the chalet itself is charming and luxurious. The highlight is the foods, which are amazing, traditional, and prepared in gastronomy way. Overall it was a lovely stay that we want to come back again for our next stay in winter.

It was a gift box for us. First experience of this level of.....EVERYTHING... for our couple. Nothing to say, you must have done it.

Everything was very good, warm welcome, very comfortable room and bedding, Caroline's massage was great and so was the meal. We will come back.

A visit on this Easter Sunday brings me back to the welcome and the quality of the service which is once again at the top level... A single, simple and effective menu (2 starters, 2 main courses and 2 desserts of high quality and tasty, and the few delicacies that keep you waiting), the wines offered by the glass are excellent... A little advice... take a detour to delight your taste buds and your eyes in a cozy setting where life is good...

At breakfast, remember to tell the staff that we don't need to participate in conversations and especially when there is a swear word every 2 sentences Otherwise the evening staff and receptionist were great and took care of us

We were very well received in a magnificent, warm and well-kept setting. The staff was of high quality and very appreciated. Well done to the cooks, two Menu proposals but really excellent, refined and carefully presented, we enjoyed ourselves. Thanks to the whole team.

We came as a couple for one night at the Hotel des Bas Rupts (Vosges). We are greatly satisfied. The staff is available, friendly and professional. We particularly appreciated the Spa area as well as the very welcoming bar (special mention to the pianist who played during the evening, thank you very much to him). We highly recommend this beautiful hotel. Hope to see you next time !
