Hello, I visited the small town of Valberg, a very family-friendly resort, perfect for skiing and enjoying beautiful views. I ate at the Chalet Suisse restaurant and really appreciated the warm welcome. All the servers were friendly, helpful, and took the time to explain the dishes. The food was fresh and full of flavor. The owners were very kind and attentive to their customers. The atmosphere was warm, elegant, and comfortable, ideal for relaxing after a day of skiing. I truly enjoyed this place.

I recommend this restaurant; the servers are friendly and very pleasant, and the food is good. Special mention for the fondu vigneronne.

Perfect. From arrival to check-out, everything was top-notch. The rooms are beautiful and very clean, and the staff were incredibly kind. We thoroughly enjoyed the food all three days. Special mention for the scallop stew and the fondues. I highly recommend it and I will definitely be back. Thank you to the whole team, and see you soon!

22/08/2026: We just stopped by for a drink with my wife, son, and dog. The waitresses were very pleasant and the beer was good.
22/08/2026: Truly very friendly and dynamic staff... We dined there twice: 1. Excellent tartlet 2. Sirloin steak with morel sauce Excellent meat and cooking Individual rib steak and wonderful Dauphinoise potatoes. The meat is delicious, marbled... It comes from a farmer in a nearby village. The Génépi liqueur is just right... delightfully potent. 😆 Thank you to the chef and the service team... We'll be back. 🫠👍

20/08/2026: The staff were very friendly and welcoming; we arrived at the beginning of the lunch service. We were also very satisfied with the food. I highly recommend it! 👍👍
14/07/2026: Pleasant service and smiling staff. The value for money is very average, even poor. The €23 poke bowl is a rip-off. Claude rates it at a maximum of €17.50 in La Montagne, considering the portion size. The portion is ridiculously small, and the salmon has no flavor whatsoever, despite being advertised as gravlax. I don't believe it for a second. The terrace is nice but extremely noisy with a large number of young children. Luckily, the waitress was very friendly and professional.
