A delightful and enriching experience that we thoroughly enjoyed. The food was delicious and the service impeccable.

We were disappointed by this restaurant. While the room was pleasant and the server was too, the service and the pacing was very, very slow. After about 3 hours, we had our dessert. There was only one server for all of the tables (the restaurant was full). It was actually boring and painful. The next thing we didn’t like was that there was no à la carte menu (which we did not realize when we looked at the website). We had to have two 3-course menus. It was too much food for Audre and we asked to take course after course home after she tasted each dish. They had no containers and put 2 courses of fish in a jar together. There were 4 amuse bouche. The first 3 were undistinguished: a beet raviolo, a tasty tarte of the cheek of St Pierre and a fish ball pate with bottarga/poutargue on top (that had no taste). The 4th amuse was a lobster bisque that was good. Our entrée was small pieces rouget of top of peas. It wasn’t bad. Our plat was a fillet of Saint Pierre with baby artichokes and a jus d’arêtes. It was good enough. We had one of each dessert: the baba and the clafouti, with cherries in a buttermilk soup on the side. Both were good enough. We spent 170€ and left unhappy.

We visited this amazing restaurant last night to celebrate our 12th Anniversary. From the minute you are greeted at the door until you decide to end the evening, Natalie and the chef (her husband) take wonderful care. The furnishings and establishment are relaxing from the moment you enter and the food is decadent. I’d highly recommend and worth the visit. Be sure to make reservations well in advance as they do not accept walk-ins as there are only 5-6 tables. We will be back again!

When a dinner out can be transformed into a truly unique experience, with exquisite hospitality, top-notch dishes, and detailed explanations at every stage of service, it becomes a sensory journey. The presentation is exceptional, reflecting the passion a chef pours into their creations. Every detail is meticulously considered and executed with masterful skill, reminiscent of Japanese cuisine, but this is Brittany, and the ingredients reflect that! Everything is carefully selected, from the butter and seaweed to the delicious cheeses and breads. Beyond the quality of the ingredients and the mastery of the dishes, it's the genuine dedication that brings you true joy.

My wife and I are on vacation in st malo and I wanted us to go to a unique place for dinner and I found this one. The experience from the beginning was exceptional, service was extremely attentive. Regarding food; we got the 4 course menu tasting and it was outstanding! Our host who’s name I believe was Natalie was awesome and also helped me select a wine with the flavor profile we were looking for, the glassware, plates were really posh! the only thing I think can improve is the music level that was really low and the lighting a little too bright. Dessert was also amazing and the tea was made with fresh herbs.

A truly exceptional gourmet restaurant. It was perfect in every way: the ambiance, the soft and pleasant background music, the attentive and warm service, and the delicious local cuisine. I highly recommend this establishment.

A truly wonderful place and, above all, a truly memorable experience. The cuisine is refined, original, and full of sensitivity, with a magnificent focus on seafood, vegetables, and flowers… We were particularly taken with the nasturtium, as beautiful as it was delicious. You can feel the passion and care in every dish without ever being overdone. It's just right, masterful, and deeply thoughtful. My partner and I had a truly special time, like stepping out of time. Beyond the food, thank you to Natali for her attentive welcome, impeccable service, kindness, and incredible wine pairings for each dish. We simply felt at home. A precious gem that we will return to with great pleasure.

A fantastic experience. A warm welcome, exquisite and refined cuisine featuring local products. The owner had a detailed explanation of each product and shared stories about each producer... We had a delightful time.

Scallops, abalone and turbot are enhanced by the chef's great talent, a truly wonderful gastronomic experience!

This is the best restaurant in the world, in my opinion. That alone is reason enough for me to cross the ocean and revisit Saint-Malo.
