Wonderful dinner! We enjoyed a great tasting menu at Méson Chalut! Everything was well prepared, beautifully presented and very tasty! Combined with a nicely decorated restaurant and a great, super friendly team (and great wine!!) we were extremely happy with our visit here. Highly recommended!

This meal was an experience full of surprises and delicacies. An experience as much culinary as artistic in our eyes. The quality of the welcome and support throughout the meal allowed us to fully enjoy the rich and multiple flavors of the Breton region. Particular favorite for the pineapple dessert, combining technique and aromatic subtlety, well done!

A high-level house:
- truly premium ingredients (fish and not only)
- perfectly controlled cooking (even the starred chefs sometimes have difficulty)
- first-rate mastery of sauces (who still knows how to work with fish bones?)
All completed by a welcome combining simplicity and distinction.
From my point of view the best address in Saint Malo.

An exceptional table run by two experienced and committed enthusiasts.
The products, noble and quality, are chosen locally, or grown in the owners' garden. They are worked with taste, precision and subtlety.
The result is there: modern cuisine, refined and truly tasty dishes.
The welcome is warm, the service impeccable and, like the house, without artifice or obsequiousness.
In summary, a marvel, from the appetizer to the sweets accompanying the coffee, and an encounter which gives new hope in the ability of certain professionals to work seriously and with true convictions.
Last but not least precision: stability!
We rediscovered this address and its new owners 3 years ago now, and we have never been disappointed.

An excellent Intramural restaurant which fully deserves a star in the Michelin guide. Everything is there: a warm, friendly welcome, very refined and tasty cuisine, a pleasant setting. Nice surprise that this restaurant where we had an excellent evening! Bravo to the chef for his talent! We will come back with pleasure
