Just amazing fix price meal including the local blue lobster. Presentation was over the top along with the suggested wine pairings. Husband and wife team that care about the guests and every aspect of your meal. Very thankful we chose this place.

We celebrated our anniversary with my husband at the Chalut. The food is creative and delicious - everything was perfectly executed and we discovered new flavours which we loved! I particularly love that they use local and seasonal products. The owners are so attentive and welcoming which really adds to the wonderful experience. Natali looked after us for the entire evening, she is so kind and passionate we immediately felt at home. The atmosphere is warm, cosy and beautifully decorated. Definitely recommend it.

This was my second family visit to Méson Chalut, and we continue to be amazed and surprised. The dining room is beautiful, and the service is provided with great care and rare excellence by the owner. She also creates sumptuous desserts.
In the kitchen, her husband demonstrates exceptional talent. His cuisine is exquisitely delicate, both in the beauty of the presentation and the subtlety of the flavors. The mastery of cooking techniques is impressive, and the flavor combinations with remarkably balanced sauces captivated us.
Frankly, we are surprised that the Michelin Guide hasn't awarded it a star, given its exceptional quality. A truly outstanding restaurant in Saint-Malo!

A wonderful place to discover.
We had a lovely evening, thanks to Nathali's attentive and gentle service and the exquisitely refined cuisine. Local produce, colorful dishes, a beautiful setting, and even a few cooking tips will make you want to return every time the menu changes.
