At the foot of the slopes, warm atmosphere and impeccable service. Excellent value for money with generous dishes. Smiling and patient waitresses. We will come back with pleasure.

The dishes are good and plentiful. The service is remarkable and very well organized. Very little wait despite a terrace and a crowded room. This is worth mentioning for a restaurant on the slopes.

Very nice experience. We stayed at the Snowflake Hotel. We ate at this restaurant every evening. Very good copious dishes and impeccable service. Very nice team.

12/03/2024: We dined with porcini mushroom fondue, accompanied by a green salad and a charcuterie board. We enjoyed ourselves, the quantities were generous. I really appreciated that the salad was fresh, which is not often the case at resorts, so thank you very much! For dessert, there wasn't much room left so we had a génep and a scoop of ice cream. The staff was very friendly and the digestive menu is very original since it is on a magnum of Génépi :-)

Le Confins Des Sens

01/04/2024: Good food but service not up to par. First the good news. We tested the Confins des Sens this Easter Monday with a unique and special lunch menu for €75. The results are at the level of expectations: good classic cuisine with a zest of creativity (very first experience of the Bescoin Savoyard brioche accompanying the very good foie gras, veal cooked at low temperature tasty and particularly tender, classic but tasty chocolate dessert, menu of rich and interesting wines...). So on the kitchen side, great performances despite some slightly bland flavors (the arctic char starter) and the somewhat modest portions (but that's normal for a tasting meal with two starters, two main courses and two desserts!) . Not so good news now. Decoration ordinary and without any particular charm: the floor in large red terracotta tiles and the summer terrace in slabs of washed gravel look cheap, we don't really know if we are in a restaurant that wants to be gourmet/sophisticated, or a "restaurant for friends” without fuss. Positioning to be clarified. The service, however, is below our expectations: the two people in charge are not unpleasant, just not attentive to details: if the arrangement of the table does not suit you, you are told "do as you wish" and we leaves you to fend for yourself; they seem to be watching your plate to clear it within 30 seconds of finishing it; we practice a zest of familiarity ("are you from the area?" or, when the bottle of wine is finished, "well! that's done!), we don't know the detailed content of the menu: to our question about what the "bescoin" is that we didn't know: "I don't know, I'm going to find out"; we open the box of tea bags for your neighbor 5cm from your face; we lie down almost on the table in front of you to pick up an object placed on the opposite side, etc. A little training for service staff seems essential to take a step forward...
28/03/2024: A feast for the eyes and taste buds the discovery menu was delicious special mention to the foie gras soup 😱 The service enhances the creations of the kitchen we highly recommend!! 😋
