We booked the entire restaurant for a family celebration, and we commend Jérôme, Alexandre, and their whole team for their professionalism. They were all very attentive to our needs and tailored the event to our specific requirements. The meal prepared by Jérôme was delicious, featuring fresh ingredients and beautiful presentation. Our celebration was a resounding success, held in a charming, intimate setting with a mountain-inspired decor. We are delighted with the service at Le Chamois and wholeheartedly recommend this restaurant. Thank you again.

An extraordinary experience last night. We booked the restaurant privately for Cath & Phiphi. The service was absolutely top-notch, with smiles, attentiveness to the children, and the food was simply superb. I've never eaten such tender and delicious veal in 38 years... From appetizer to dessert, it was fantastic. THANK YOU!

An excellent restaurant with a varied menu and a daily special that's always delicious and original. Every day, the chef also offers a homemade dessert that's as indulgent as it is delicious. All this at a very good price and with the warm welcome we all appreciate.

Excellent location for this restaurant right by the slopes. We booked in advance for our lunches during our ski days. The service was very friendly, smiling, and quick. The portions were generous and delicious. Perfect!

28/04/2026: This dinner was a gift from my students as a thank you. We had a wonderful time. An exceptional culinary experience that I wanted to share. The tasting menu consisted of six courses, including an aperitif, and each course was paired with a glass of wine, all organic and perfectly complementing the dishes. The menu began with a consommé made with mascarpone and sherry vinegar, served with pickled mushrooms. This was followed by homemade foie gras with a tuile and flavorful condiments. Next came a perfectly cooked sea bass, leading to a dish of pink duck breast. These were accompanied by green asparagus and a carrot cooked with honey and vanilla. The taste of that carrot will remain etched in my memory. Fingers of Reblochon cheese wrapped in filo pastry with a Reblochon emulsion preceded the meal, before finishing with a delicate chocolate dessert accompanied by a quenelle of tarragon, parsley, and wild garlic ice cream. The welcome was warm and unpretentious. We simply loved it. The food and all the staff. Perfect

Restaurant l'Alpage

08/04/2026: I spent one night at the hotel with my two children. The reception was very friendly and accommodating. The room was quite small, but perfectly adequate for one night. Unfortunately, the shower drain wasn't working properly, which made it a bit difficult when three of us wanted to shower together. Perhaps that should be looked into. We had to book breakfast separately, but we knew that from the start. The buffet was ample and good. There was really nothing lacking. The service was also very good. Overall, we were satisfied.
07/04/2026: We had a wonderful time at the Hotel Les Alpgaes. The location is ideal, just steps from the slopes, with the option to walk there. The view is also beautiful. The room had everything you need for a good, quiet night's sleep. Finally, the welcome was excellent.
