Everything was perfect from beginning to end, from the room to the restaurant. Congratulations to the entire team and the wonderful owner.

This is a luxurious chalet, exceptionally well-decorated and maintained. I dined at the restaurant twice. The menu, while varied, isn't extensive, ensuring there's something for everyone. The dishes on the evening set menu or à la carte are meticulously prepared, generous, beautifully presented, and served with professionalism and kindness in a refined mountain setting. The bill is very reasonable considering the quality of the service. I recommend this restaurant (I didn't stay at the hotel) without hesitation.

I've been returning to the Chamois d'Or for several years now, and it's always a great pleasure. It's one of the rare hotels that manages to create an atmosphere that is warm, welcoming, and genuinely caring. The team is attentive, creative, and incredibly thoughtful. You can feel a real intention behind every detail. I'm very sensitive to the energy of a place, and here, I immediately feel at ease, whether in the rooms, by the fireplace near the bar, or in the restaurant in the evening. Caroline, the owner, infuses this place with undeniable soul and charm. Swann, at the bar, is a rare gem: cocktails tailored to your mood, remarkable attention to detail… and olives served as an aperitif that you absolutely must try. He's also very attentive to children. The same quality of service is found in the restaurant: smiles, kindness, and professionalism. Having stayed in five-star hotels before, I can say that excellent service doesn't always depend on the hotel's perceived status. Here, it's very real. We'll be back next year.

A charming family-run hotel with breathtaking views of Mont Blanc! The bedding is high quality and the room is spacious. All the staff are incredibly attentive, pleasant, helpful, smiling, and courteous… kudos to the whole team and thank you for your hospitality, I loved my stay at this hotel!! 😍
