04/04/2024: Small, superbly well decorated chalet (we feel at home) with a “room” area, a terrace with breathtaking views of the mountains and a bar area.
The food is simply delicious! The fondue was tasty, as was the accompanying charcuterie. The salad was crunchy and the sauce succulent! And what about dessert? Simply irresistible!
The manager is adorable, will be able to advise you and make you appreciate the moment even more!
I think you should plan to book in peak season!
14/03/2024: Lovely welcome. Fast service. The fondue is exceptional. It seems that the view of Mont Blanc is also fabulous but we came in the evening so we were content with the intimate and very après-ski atmosphere of the room. It was perfect thank you 👏

the welcome, the view offered is magnificent the surprise to find in the middle of the mountains a refined restaurant with an honorable quality-price ratio
Just like the staff "our 2 Bretons and Tiot Biloute" extremely professional and friendly
Very appreciated access via the summer car park

13/03/2024: A nice restaurant on the slopes when they are snowy. Access by car possible.
Pretty terrace with a view of Mont-Blanc. Warm interior and service. Simple, well-made menu, low prices and top-notch dessert.

18/03/2024: We spent 2 nights at the Chamois d'Or and we will keep very good memories of it. Everything was perfect. The rooms are spacious and very clean and above all with a magnificent view. The welcome was also perfect, the managers were unfailingly kind

11/09/2023: We love going to this restaurant the landscape the meal the staff everything is perfect..... but I find the ride in 4x4 for elderly or fragile people very expensive 5 euros per person to just go there even if the gasoline has increased it is huge a round trip with my husband 20 euros so we walked back down with great difficulty for only paying 10 euros
03/09/2023: Very bad experience. Deplorable quality-price level, when the notice was given in person, the staff showed denial and insolence.

07/03/2024: Pleasant welcome from one of the waitresses upon our arrival, the young man in training should not be left to his own devices.... Because from the first glance we can only make a bad judgment (nonchalance, bad language, does not try to respond to customers and prefers to respond with an “I don’t know”….)
Too many pompous manners not to ensure quality and cheerful service…. Really a shame when we come as a family.
Tasteful cuisine, but huge downside on the portions…..
Children's menu up to 12 years old!!!! Ridiculous, a spoonful of rice, for a 5cm x 3cm piece of fish with bones….
2 balls of chocolate requested, chocolate mousse brought back….
Very very annoying and disappointing service….
With an exorbitant price
