First time I haven't been able to finish my plate at a roadside restaurant, and what a surprise! The food reflects the kindness and simplicity of the people of the North. The meal was very, very generous! Don't make the same mistake I did and order a large starter because you won't be able to finish it! You've been warned. A friendly place and very good service. I'll definitely be back; this restaurant is in my top 10. Only one small complaint: the access and hygiene of the shower, but I'm nitpicking. See you soon at Le Chapeau Rouge!

An unexpected stop but a very pleasant surprise! The restaurant was packed, but the welcome was friendly. Excellent food - very reasonable prices (less than €60 for two) and super efficient service. I highly recommend it.
