A magnificent setting surrounded by nature. We enjoyed a delicious meal worthy of a gourmet restaurant. The staff were pleasant, friendly, and attentive. Congratulations to the chef for choosing such high-quality ingredients. Afterwards, we took a walk among the pine trees. We highly recommend this place. We will be back.

The staff is welcoming and professional. The restaurant is tucked away in an unusual, peaceful, and unique location. The menu (a 5-course tasting menu) is a feast for the eyes and the palate. Dishes are prepared with seasonal ingredients. We had a lovely time.

A secluded table, impeccable service. There's no doubt that Ardent is striving for perfection. The dishes are expertly prepared, but it lacks that "little something" that a Michelin star brings. This restaurant offers a satisfying fusion of land and sea. The wine list is surprising without being overpriced and remains affordable. Don't hesitate to order the Chef's interpretation of the Saint-Maure cheese; for me, a great lover of goat cheese, it was the perfect finishing touch that delighted me at the end of the meal. The service is simple yet efficient, with a smile, and the close proximity of the tables allows for conversation with interesting people. It makes you wonder if it wouldn't be better to avoid the isolation and compartmentalization of Michelin-starred restaurants for the pleasure of chatting with interested neighbors. Dog owners, your furry friends are welcome. In short, quality service, quality dishes, and smiles throughout the meal. Thank you.

A sumptuous setting for a truly excellent restaurant. The terrace, nestled amidst lush greenery, offers a tranquil atmosphere perfect for lingering. The cuisine lives up to all expectations: refined, expertly prepared dishes, complemented by a superb wine list. The service is impeccable from start to finish. Prices are high, but the overall experience and the beauty of the location more than justify them. A truly wonderful experience!

We had a lovely dinner at L'Ardent. The terraces are charming, and the service was attentive. We chose the five-course tasting menu (a variation of the à la carte menu), and the dishes were full of flavor and perfectly cooked. Apart from the dessert, the portions could have been more generous, especially the meat dish, which was really just a small bite.

Pretty good food, if not a little inconsistent. Smaller portions. We did the five course Summer Session tasting with two starters, two mains, and dessert at 85 euro. A better than average meal but slightly expensive and it's not very consistent in the storytelling (and portion sizes) and not representative of a forage-first type of cooking. That said, I enjoyed the dishes, some more than others.

A wonderful experience in a beautiful setting. My mother and I have dietary restrictions, everything was adapted so we could really enjoy ourselves and we had a fantastic meal!
