A sumptuous setting for a truly excellent restaurant. The terrace, nestled amidst lush greenery, offers a tranquil atmosphere perfect for lingering. The cuisine lives up to all expectations: refined, expertly prepared dishes, complemented by a superb wine list. The service is impeccable from start to finish. Prices are high, but the overall experience and the beauty of the location more than justify them. A truly wonderful experience!

We had a lovely dinner at L'Ardent. The terraces are charming, and the service was attentive. We chose the five-course tasting menu (a variation of the à la carte menu), and the dishes were full of flavor and perfectly cooked. Apart from the dessert, the portions could have been more generous, especially the meat dish, which was really just a small bite.

Pretty good food, if not a little inconsistent. Smaller portions. We did the five course Summer Session tasting with two starters, two mains, and dessert at 85 euro. A better than average meal but slightly expensive and it's not very consistent in the storytelling (and portion sizes) and not representative of a forage-first type of cooking. That said, I enjoyed the dishes, some more than others.

A wonderful experience in a beautiful setting. My mother and I have dietary restrictions, everything was adapted so we could really enjoy ourselves and we had a fantastic meal!
