A brief moment of sharing in this welcoming restaurant with its quality cuisine. An excellent experience, the lamb Parmentier was superb, as was the guinea fowl supreme. Very good value for money and excellent service.

What a pleasure to return and enjoy the delicious cuisine of the chef at Le Chardonnay. All the guests were delighted. The Jerusalem artichoke risotto was simply incredible, with the fish cooked to perfection. The dishes were beautifully presented. Such skill! A very warm welcome; we had a wonderful time in a refined setting. We'll be back as soon as possible. Truly chef-quality cuisine.

While visiting Clermont-Ferrand, we were looking for a good restaurant. Without a reservation, we were lucky enough to snag a table at Le Chardonnay (it was already full), and what a wonderful discovery it was! From the moment we arrived, the welcome was incredibly warm and professional. The staff was attentive and the service impeccable, which immediately put us at ease. As for the food, the dishes were delicious, sophisticated, and perfectly executed. You could taste the true creativity in the recipes, with successful flavor combinations and elegant presentation. All this at an excellent price, making the experience even more enjoyable. In short, a truly wonderful restaurant that we wholeheartedly recommend. Thank you to the whole team!

Excellent food, excellent welcome, excellent atmosphere.

A lovely, cozy establishment... a warm welcome; even though they were full, they offered us lunch at the bar. A beautiful, original seasonal menu with creative dishes, including an excellent butternut squash tatin, fabulous mushroom gnocchi, and a delicious upside-down cake with burnt clementines. A good selection of wines by the glass; we will definitely return. Thank you for this delightful and refined experience.
