It was a suspended moment combining the atmosphere, the setting and of course exceptional cuisine. Only the price often prevents you from enjoying all of this.
A great taste experience with a mention for the very delicate house cocktail, the scallops cooked to perfection as well as the pigeon. In the background the accompaniment of said pigeon (salsify and truffle with a too discreet taste). Nice surprise with the absolutely delicious hot mont d’or. Desserts at the top. Wine list a little expensive. A great time.
The setting is very pleasant, the dishes are tasty and effective but perhaps lack a little daring for a Michelin star.
In my opinion, the experience would have been more pleasant if the service had not been so long (30 minutes between each step). We were surprised to be received by a butler who smelled of perspiration in a cold winter. However, the service was very good and from the whole team! Excellent sommeliers!
I congratulate the CHARLEMAGNE team and mainly the Chef who gave us a great moment of Gastronomy in the middle of the vineyards in a friendly and warm atmosphere. An address not to be missed!

Encore un excellent moment culinaire au Charlemagne et une première avec le chef Villien qui a su garder l'esprit Peugeot tout en y ajoutant sa propre identité. Un repas subtil tout en finesse et en saveurs ! Nous avons adoré !
