The setting is lovely. The service is pleasant and efficient. They are very attentive. Each dish or bite is a discovery of flavors.

A truly delightful surprise, this restaurant boasts panoramic views of the vineyards in a refined yet welcoming dining room. The team is so young and already so talented... Having experienced several Michelin-starred restaurants in Burgundy-Franche-Comté, we feel a second star would be well-deserved. The cuisine is inventive without being overly complex, delicious with original flavors, perfect and balanced combinations, sometimes surprising presentations, and a table setting that greatly enhances the pleasure of dining. Meltingly tender tuna and lamb, a revisited Époisses cheese, a black tea and passion fruit cocktail, and a floating island dessert of strawberry, rhubarb, and rose were simply divine... Despite a few minor reservations (minor details) about the melon and feta amuse-bouche and the potato and olive served with the lamb, this restaurant is truly excellent and well worth a detour along the Burgundy wine route. A must-visit. Pleasure is both on the plate and before your eyes... Bravo Chef!

A wonderful family moment to share for my birthday. The menu was perfect, with a wonderful harmony of ingredients. The dessert, in particular, was light and original. Highly recommended.
