Le Chat Huant sur Les Herbiers

The place is warm, clean, and welcoming. However, there was a very long wait to order, as well as for the service. As for the Breton crêpes, while mine was fine (I had the Andouille), my wife and son-in-law were less satisfied with theirs (Une Mer and une... I can't remember which) which they found less filled and lacking in flavor. For my part, I finished with a very good coconut cream crêpe. And all accompanied by a very chilled cider.

We had a great time this evening. The staff were very friendly, and the crepes were fantastic. We thoroughly enjoyed them.

I savored a perfectly crispy and generously filled buckwheat galette, accompanied by service that was as friendly as it was efficient. The atmosphere is cozy and authentic; this is a must-visit in Les Herbiers, and be sure to book in advance.
