A truly wonderful place! We came on a winter evening when the restaurant was far from full. The team at Le Prince Noir welcomed us like it was our special occasion. From the aperitif to the dessert, we weren't disappointed by the food. The service was on par with the food—impeccable! From the explanations of the dishes to the carving of the pigeon, and the fantastic atmosphere created by the servers, everything was perfect.

We had a wonderful evening at Le Prince Noir. The vegetarian menu was a true delight, very original with sophisticated flavors.
While not overly pretentious, the service was also very attentive and kind.
It was truly enjoyable.
I highly recommend this beautiful restaurant!

An incredible experience at Prince Noir! The setting is superb, the service truly impeccable—attentive without being snobbish. I had the vegetarian menu, a real delight: original and perfectly executed flavors. My partner received a thoughtful touch for his birthday, which made the moment even more special. We had a perfect evening; I highly recommend it!

One Michelin-star restaurant. Refined food, super-excellent service, very elegant venue.
I didn't like the appetizers because they contained some details I don't like and can't stomach, but it's an excellent restaurant. I had previously mistakenly entered a review for another restaurant in Arcachon, and I apologize to Le Prince Noir.
If you enjoy refined food and super-excellent service, I highly recommend it.
